Moveprofinders.com  is looking for smart engineers that have a passion for implementing new tech. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll be the engineer whose in-depth insight and experience will have a direct impact on new features. While working with development teams, your knowledge will help shape large-scale, consumer-facing systems and will fuse with your intense pursuit of new technologies to create and implement new builds, features, and components. In the process, you’ll deliver value to your team and users through your custom-scripted efficiency solutions that address stakeholder's needs.

Responsibilities
· Support the development team by testing new products in a QA environment.
· Query the database to verify that values are inserted correctly.
· Write a test plan for new product and modifications to existing products.
· Perform manual testing, and learn how to do automated testing.
· Ensure that quality products are released into production.
· Effectively communicate with developers where defects are found while documenting what processes you used to find those defects.
· Work with our QA Engineer while constructing test plans and executing them.
· Checking out new pull requests into your environment to test them.

Required Skills
· You must be a good verbal communicator.
· You must find it easy to document testing processes and plans.
· You must have some experience manually testing web apps.
· You must have some experience with a script language like Ruby.
· You must have some experience writing and executing SQL statements.
· Familiarity with reading and writing technical documentation.
· You must be highly motivated and a self-learner with ability to work with intermittent supervision.
· Able to effectively multi-task with concurrent deadlines.
· Ability to analyze system failure behaviors and draw intelligent conclusions regarding root cause.

Having these skills will get you an interview quickly :
· Experience with automated test suites like Selenium.
· Experience writing PHP, Ruby, HTML, & Javascript.
· Experience writing unit tests.
· Experience with HTML Validator.

 

Advertising Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, retaining and managing sales professionals in a high-volume, sales environment. This team focuses on selling successful advertising products to Moving company in order to drive advertising revenue through digital and mobile products.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully execute an overall real estate agent inside sales strategy
  • Achieve team-based monthly sales goals by leading agent prospecting and working inbound leads
  • Recruit, train and develop a diverse team of experienced inside sales professionals
  • Gain a strong understanding of Moveprofinder’s product portfolio and position those products to meet prospective clients’ needs
  • Prospect agents through company-provided CRM and inventory tools, online sources, trade sources and creative resourcefulness
  • Design and manage the inside sales team’s activities/sales processes, including cold calling, scheduling appointments and web-based presentations through telephone and web meeting software
  • Analyze customer needs and make product recommendations and proposals
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as requested

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years professional sales management experience
  • Call center management experience helpful
  • History of leading sales teams, achieving results and managing targeted activity
  • A successful track record of selling and marketing to business professionals
  • A working knowledge and strong grasp of Internet marketing, online customer acquisition and conversion and media sales
  • An active learner with strong communication and organizational skills
  • An ability to establish relationships with all levels of customers, management and employees with ease and enthusiasm
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred
